Monarca Property Group is a boutique real estate agency serving Perth's Northern Corridor, founded on the conviction that property is, first and foremost, about people. Monarca is family-owned, and its approach reflects a genuine belief in how real estate should be practised. Clients are guided rather than sold to, given the information they need to make smart, informed decisions, and treated as the beginning of a long relationship rather than a single transaction.

That approach did not begin with Monarca. Long before the agency was founded, Venus had spent much of her career as a tax consultant - quietly building a sizeable client base through the discipline of listening carefully, giving good counsel, and following through year after year. Many of those clients came to trust her not only with their tax affairs but with the bigger decisions in their lives - including their property. Monarca is the natural extension of those relationships. The agency's growth continues to come almost entirely through referral and repeat business, because trust, once earned, tends to compound.
