Scott's career has been built across academia, government, and now real estate. It is a breadth of experience that clients notice in how he prepares, communicates, and follows through. Trained originally in psychology at the University of Western Australia, a discipline built around how people think, communicate, and make decisions, he began his career in academic research. He coordinated projects with national and international teams and presented findings at international conferences. He moved from research into government, where he has led workforce data analytics for a large government agency, set the team's analytical strategy, and led the modernisation of workforce reporting and analytics. He has also served on boards and committees concerning data governance, information governance, and privacy and responsible information sharing, work that sits at the heart of how organisations earn and keep the trust of the people they serve.

Whether marketing a home, negotiating on behalf of a seller, or overseeing the tenancies Monarca Property Group manages, his approach is defined by clear communication, careful preparation, sound judgement, and an eye for the details that matter. A registered sales representative and property manager, Scott works alongside Venus across sales and property management, and is often the person clients meet at home opens, inspections, and throughout the course of an engagement.
